which is easy as the remote is so symmetrical
The buttons don't work as well if you hold the remote backwards which is easy as the remote is very symmetrical. You'll see what I mean if you try it every day. Also, the keys are too soft and sometimes unresponsive. You really have to point the remote at the sensor on the TV or it won't respond. I like the new Samsung remotes which are smaller, slimmer and easier to use. Unfortunately they don't work on my old TV so I had to get this one.
