I wash nappies every 3 days and as I wash it fills up but easily holds 20+ nappies. (I use a Bumgenius, mostly pocket-sized, but some AIO.) I haven't used a charcoal filter yet because my baby is still exclusively breastfed and her diapers (and buckets) don't smell that bad yet. I've been using it for two months and I'm happy with everything so far! I use Thirsties diaper liners and they fit perfectly. I definitely recommend this diaper bin, I think it's worth the price compared to a regular bin.
