I have to say I am 100% satisfied with this part because it was the same genuine Nissan part that my local Nissan dealer sells but it costs half the price price. . I'm not sure how or why the Standard Motor products do this, but I was quite pleased with the fact that the original works part was in the box. I also observe this from time to time with other aftermarket providers. I don't know if all of their canisters with part number CP3098 have the factory part, but I'm glad mine do.
