Review on Bamboobies Nursing Breastfeeding Reusable Overnight by Eric Hay

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Compared to 4 nursing pads

I haven't actually used them. They didn't absorb water during my testing, so I was too nervous to use them. In the photo: from left to right: Bamboobies Reusable, Eco Reusable, Medela Disposable, Johnsons Disposable. All soaked up the water I poured from above except the bamboo. I actually left the room, picked up the phone, came back and the water drop was still unchanged on the pads. I had to shake the seal to get the water in eventually. For this reason I kept the Eco-Pads. This applied to both thick and thin pads, although the thin ones are not shown. I wore eco pads but ended up sending them back too. They were always on the move! Was I asleep or awake? Wearing them was like a job - having to keep putting them back on. Unfortunately I'm going back to the Johnson disposables :( (The Medela disposables don't fit well either, they move all the time.) Unfortunately the Johnson disposables are the winners. Absorb well, fit well, don't work, are comfortable. I did Don't get MY pads or BabyBliss because some reviews said their tapered shape made the bulge stick out of the bra It seemed like a logical question so I was too nervous to even try them.

Pros
  • SUPER SOFT skin-to-skin top: 57% bamboo viscose/23% polyester/20% cotton
Cons
  • So far so good
