This product is not worth the money and time I spend on my hair. I have salt and pepper colored hair that is curly and soft (3B). The main product I use is Design Essentials. However, Tracey wanted to endorse Ellis hair products. I have followed all the instructions on each product. When my hair is damp from a wash or conditioner, I can run my fingers through it without a comb. I wear short hair. The shampoo foams well and only a little is needed. Conditioners, both leave-in and heavy, weighed my hair down. It's hard to wash off. I thought that after using the product for two days, my hair would soften over time. NO! Unfortunately, I won't brag about the "TEMPLATE".
