Review on Welcm by Jeff Drollinger

Welcm is a very user friendly platform. It is very simple to use, and has many options that are easy to navigate. We were able to quickly implement it into our organization. I don't like that it takes a while to sync with our email. This is a platform that we have been able to use for many years now and have no complaints. Welcm has been able to make our workflows much more efficient. We use it to communicate with our customers. We are able to communicate with our customers without having to send an email to their inbox. We are able to send messages to our customers without having to be in the office. We are also able to provide feedback to our customers easily.
