I've used a traditional garlic press for years, which involves putting a clove of garlic in a small container and then squeezing the handles. I've always been frustrated with things that stay in the bin, clog work after a few swipes, have to scrape something when lots of garlic cloves are needed. (And I LOVE garlic more and more). This press gets the job done quickly and easily! Place the peeled garlic on a cutting board and press clove by clove. Pressed garlic is easy to scrape off and makes a great addition to any recipe! Cleaning up after use is easy if you have a cleaning brush as the garlic bits get stuck in the holes, but it's not at all what I've had to do with flossing. old belly I loved this belly so much I took it on vacation this summer and when it was home I bought 2 more, one for me and one for my sister who also fell in love with it !
