Punch guide bushes too large

The inner diameter of the guide bush is 5 mm or 0.20 inch. The punch diameter and included drill bit is 0.153 inch. The hole can easily be 1/16 inch off center even with perfect dial adjustment. The set must be 3/16" ID to ensure proper punch and/or drill orientation, or supplied with a suitable pilot bushing. I will return this product.
