Doesn't detach as advertised making it unsafe.
Shown here are 2 tear-off clips but only 1 was a tear-off clip. For me it's a security issue. If a person doesn't check and thinks it broke off, they may be endangering their cat. In addition, the figure glued to the collar easily breaks. I used this with a tear on my cat, on the 2nd day it came loose and there was a piece of fabric sticking out. I had no intention of using the one without the break. And believe me I've tested pretty hard and it's not a rip off.
