The item was of very good quality and almost identical to the original with .

Okay Amazons so I bought this side mirror for my 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500, the part was very good quality and almost identical to the original except for the pin (which I found in a circled in green). the pics) that holds the mirror in place or prevents it from falling after you loosen the 3 nuts that hold the mirror in place, the part from Amazon has a pin but it doesn't quite meet that same purpose as the original Installation of a new mirror must be fixed with one of the nuts to complete the installation. This is not too difficult at all, but it requires special attention not to drop the mirror, since now you take into account the design of the new body of Chevy Trucks and SUVs I have to remove the door panel to connect the new mirror. I'm no expert and it was my first time photographing a door panel so it took me 35 minutes with a YouTube video. As a guide, the mirror works perfectly, but again. It's been a few days since I installed it, so I'll update you guys in a few months. The original mirror and the Amazon mirror are just as loud, but their sound is also a little different Vibration from new mirror. Ride over bumps but nothing too vexing, overall I'm quite happy with my purchase. The dealer quoted me as $146 plus tax for the original, so saving over $100 isn't bad.

Pros
  • Mirrors and parts
Cons
  • Out of style
