The support team are always friendly to us as customers. They work very hard for our business needs and understand what we want from them. Sometimes they can be quite slow at responding but this isn't something you should worry about too much since it usually gets fixed quickly once notified of their delay or lack thereof by one of your agents. We have had an excellent experience working with all levels of employees within IEMS US over 5 years now (from hiring through management). Truly great people who do good jobs solving problems using best practices! Our organization has been able to grow because of these amazing consultants/employees which makes me happy every day when coming into my office knowing how many more clients there will soon be under their care :).
