Cannot fault the device as it works well. Whoever invented the remote control deserves a quick kick to the flatlands! Everything is fine when playing DVD, but the buttons are small and at the bottom of the remote control 40%. However, if you want to use an app like YouTube, you will most likely hate it and curse it every time you use it. The buttons are very small and too close together and for some ignorant and stupid reason these controls are almost at the bottom of the remote making it unbalanced in your hand as most of the time it's out of your hand without being able to. Fill your hand and I have small hands! I've accidentally canceled a search function or YouTube video many, many times because I accidentally pressed the wrong key, and many times I've had to return the cursor to the selection I wanted for the same reason. All of this is why I will never buy this again, as for any device using this remote, truly the worst remote I have ever used.
