Update: Less than a year later it broke! I finished ironing the shirt as I have done hundreds of times this year. I had to flip it over so I lifted the top of the press, tried to move the top to the side and the top of the press literally fell off with broken cables. I absolutely hate that I wasted my money and wish I had gone with a higher model. I've kept these abs at #1 most of the time I've owned them without moving them from place to place. There doesn't seem to be any logical reason for this latch other than being a cheaper press. When I first got it I thought it was too small and I would have to send it back. I've ironed about 20 t-shirts so far and the only problem I have is when I've made a 3-line t-shirt with a large print. I had to click on 2 sections. I also ironed 20 shirts, all sizes from XS to 3XL, and they were unisex, tank tops and v-necks. I haven't had any problems with any of them.
