WiFi is easy to install on Windows 10 using the manufacturer's installation utility. The Bluetooth functionality cannot be used because my laptop already has Bluetooth hardware. The wi-fi and bluetooth card on my laptop is partially broken, I think as the range of both services is terrible hence this product. The drivers for them were incompatible, which resulted in BSOD errors every time the computer was restarted. Attempts to remove the Bluetooth hardware drivers were unsuccessful - they reappeared after every reboot. The only way to get Bluetooth working with the dongle was to restart the computer without the dongle inserted. Uninstall the Bluetooth hardware drivers from Device Manager and then insert the dongle. The computer doesn't reboot when the dongle is plugged in, and rebooting still reinstalls the Bluetooth hardware drivers, so it just wasn't sustainable. The WiFi speed was also a lot slower than my previous Edimax dongle. I am returning this item. The WiFi speed was also a lot slower than my previous Edimax dongle. I am returning this item.
