ground anchor. However, the torque for 5/16" socket anchors is 8-12 ft/lbs. One of these anchors sheared the nut at 12 ft/lbs. For the rest I lowered the torque to 8 for fear they wouldn't even handle 10. 1/4" bolts are 5 to 15 torque. I would think if someone made a specific anchor they would produce it to standard specs.
