I bought this because it charges via USB, it shows how much power is left and it's waterproof. I've lost a few because I left the batteries inside, it's getting warmer in the garage and the batteries are leaking. I don't ride if it's too hot or too cold, and removing the batteries when I'm not using the bike doesn't work. It rained last weekend and I got caught in the rain so I was glad it's actually waterproof. The ones with the battery, I had to stop the bike to take them off or just when they got spattered. I took it off to dry. It's worth the price, it's durable, very bright and again very convenient to charge and check how much time you have. I recommend it.
