I've been using it since I bought it in 2014 and haven't had any preforming issues. I use it for drawing, tactile jogging, and buttons that I prefer to put in my Wacom tablet. Being tactile means I can keep my hand on it and focus on the screen without having to think about what's where or deal with the less-precise touch wheel. The outer wheel can be twisted and then brought back to the center. I use this to zoom in and out of my canvas. The inner wheel can spin freely, I use it to rotate the canvas or change animation frames. Both work very well, the software has all the features I need, even the ability to switch input levels with a button to change the action of the wheels and buttons without taking my hands off them. You can move to next or previous level, I think doing more than 2 would be more tedious. My only complaints are minor as it is a circle. It's easy to get twisted and lose track of which button is which from time to time, and I wish it had a few more buttons, sort of a middle ground between this and the larger outline. But overall it's a great input device and highly customizable to whatever you want. I would recommend getting it if you think it will be helpful.
