Review on XYC Compatible with Chevrolet - 2-Piece Carbon Fiber Bowtie Emblem Overlay Sheets for Chevy: Front/Back Vinyl Decal Wrap by Joe Ashan

Since this is not a 3M product I didn't have high expectations from the start and I was right. After cleaning the surface (car wash followed by rubbing alcohol and paper towels) it barely stuck to the emblem. When I tried to press down on the creases with the plastic edge tool it cut through the vinyl leaving some gold on the edges. Carbon fiber looks cool, but because it has a fibrous texture, it's harder to work with. It ended up looking pretty unkempt and I doubt it will survive the first wash. Rather spend a little more money and just buy 3M vinyl. I have no experience with this, but it SHOULD be better than this stuff.
