Comfortable fit, but either the tongue is too short or the top lace hook is too high.
I tried six different Try Before You Buy hiking shoes. I have feet with wide toes, narrow heels and high arches. My usual shoe size is 13 4E. This was one of the boots I felt pretty comfortable in. However, when I laced these boots up, the ends of the laces were right over the tongues. I'm sure the laces will slip off my tongue after walking around in them for a while. I think the tongue should have been a bit longer and probably the top lace hook should have been a bit lower.
Pros
- I'm having trouble finding wide women's boots so I buy these men's boots and they are fantastic. Love her.
Cons
- Superb quality - tightens toes - to the point of discomfort.
