As a lap table, it's not much different than a piece of plastic, a flimsy cushion and a hard, uneven surface. wrist brace. I bought it cheap, on sale for $19. In this case I feel like I should have released 10 more for a better version. Filling - foam balls. something like a beanbag. While this makes the underside stiffer, it's not really a cushion for your laptop. It's not bad, but nothing to praise either. Either way, it's too stiff and I can't adjust the fluff. It's basically a hard protrusion on the bottom that doesn't match the thickness of my laptop or standard keyboard. Sure, it's better than nothing, but the padding material is the same as the mouse pad, which leads me to believe that they only really cheapened the material design cost to limit too many different functions. While I can slip in a wireless mouse or tiny battery, I never use it because I set everything up like a tablet or remove the mouse and laptop and put my desk aside when I work. All in all I'll keep using it for now because it meets all my needs for a portable desk, but each of these qualities could be a lot better.
