Installation took about as long as the courier made the next delivery. old worn racks and new ones snap into place. I made one collar after another. I removed the bottom clip/insert first, then installed the new one. Lay it down and did the same for the top. I keep the grip on my head while tightening the top clip/insert. Took me 3-4 minutes total.
