Bolts aligned. The 2 pieces of rubber that touch and lift the bottom of the window is the clip. There is a 10mm screw on each clamp that needs to be loosened, placed on the glass and tightened. The front screw is a bit difficult to reach. The electrical connection is completely different. My old one had a plug connector, but this one has 2 wires with a spade connector on each. I unplugged my old motor and got it to work by making a few jumpers. I could just cut the truck connector off and just plug it in, but I wanted to use the original connector in case this regulator doesn't hold up and I need to replace it with a factory part. After I installed it, it worked great. . It's fast and quiet.
