The stainless steel for processing is excellent - except for biscuits, nothing gets into the biscuits. The problem is that before the medium-sized cutter could be installed for the dough, the weld split in the middle, rendering it unusable. Well, two out of three stayed, really. Our family is very active, schedules are flexible and we teach and learn everywhere (we study at home). We bought these cutters in February 2019, but it wasn't until the end of June that mom and daughter went into the kitchen to study food. Most disappointing is that the mechanism broke before the first dog bone was formed. Once I worked in a factory. where I learned that stainless steel welding is a special art. Obviously this art was not appreciated where this product was made. I hope this is a rare occurrence and others will not be disappointed.
