I loved them. I ordered two when I received them, they cleaned my wooden floor perfectly, but two things happened. I tried four of these special microfibers, none of them slipped in and out like they should. I called the company and everyone so the idea of replacing them is useless but two yes they will scratch your wooden floors. I think the first time I used it carefully and didn't realize it, but this is the third time I've tried to use them, rest my head against the handle and the head itself falls to the ground when you return, and the fourth time as you should a tree. Now I regret my purchase.
