awkward to use: caulking guns
it was so difficult to use because there were no instructions on what to eat and how to use it. had to google. then it didn't work as the scraper is dull plastic and the metal part/tool is useless as the sliding part keeps breaking and cutting into my hands and hurting me. I sent it back and can't say enough good things other than using a screwdriver and a hair dryer to remove the putty.
