The in-camera stabilizer works very well at 28mm. Shutter speed 1 second without problems - you can shoot a sharp night landscape at F4. At 200mm you can shoot at a shutter speed of 1/50 sec. But if you calm down, hold your breath, shoot in silent mode, press the button very smoothly, you can get a sharp frame at 200mm for 1/5 sec. Therefore, I can not say that the lack of a stabilizer is a drawback. It doesn't work as well as in a 200mm lens, but it works.
