Great solution - helps take care off your Customer Service Technicians

We've used Youreka for many years to help our field technicians with a variety of customer service requests. Youreka automates our data entry into customer service logs. This allows our technicians to spend more time resolving the issues that customers have and less time entering information about every service call. Youreka has helped us with many different issues over the years, and we continue to use it daily. We've been with Youreka for many years, and we've seen no decrease in the quality of customer service provided. We have an amazing customer service technician that works with the Youreka support team and does all of our data entry for us. Their customer service is also amazing. Youreka takes the worry away from our technicians. Our customers receive an amazing customer service experience and they can get all of their service issues resolved in one place. It's easy to use and it has many features that are very helpful in our daily tasks. The reporting features are also very good and I like how they have made them so simple for us to understand. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. We're using it in our department of transportation and it works great! They've helped us with our reports. They've been able to show us where we need to improve and what areas to work on.
