VERY Easy - Bought these for elementary school kids to paint and dip in chocolate for the Valentine's Day party. They were ideal for protecting clothing and for single use. The neck loop is one piece but you can either tie it or cut and tie it to fit a small neck if needed. The apron can be folded and tied at the back to fit shorter sizes. This is a great idea for school crafts or any time you need to quickly cover clothing, baking, painting, food, etc. Not reusable but good enough. for that one occasion when you need protection and a low price so as not to feel bad about discarding after use. My eldest son, who paints and textures at home, took some of these to have on hand on weekdays when he works which he knows ruins his clothes. Feel free to buy them but DO NOT think they will be heavy.
