We have started using several Jacked Factory products together so this review will reflect the impact of their use. Initially, these included Nitro, Intra and Growth Surge, as well as Build-XT. We liked them so much that we bought Hydra Surge, Green Surge, and Power Build (sometimes used instead of Growth Surge). Our usage was a bit unusual. We were in the process of moving and took a week off to pack the house and get it ready for sale. On the second day we moved much more slowly and on the third day we felt like we weren't doing anything at all. The transition from a sedentary job to a 16-hour physical workday doesn't go so well unless you exercise, which we didn't do. I took a break and spent an hour on the internet looking for supplements that I thought would help us. Finally committed to this one. As soon as they arrived we started taking them. We probably should have taken a smaller dose the first day due to time constraints as it was difficult to sleep that night but they gave us a boost of energy to do more. We didn't do everything this week and continued to use them when we sold the house and moved. Nitro was taken each morning along with 1 Power-XT, Intra was used throughout the day as needed and Growth or Power Build was taken. before sleep Added Hydra and Green as needed. The greens were quite tasty for a green supplement, although you could still smell a bit of that green flavor. Power Build was very potent and wasn't used often, and even then we typically only used half a serving. Overall, taking it has really helped us get more work done than without it. At the end we were definitely in better shape than at the beginning. We've found that depending on when we last took Nitro or Intra Surge, we're going to have trouble sleeping, so we solved that problem by adding some sleeping pills to Growth Surge before bed. We used Natural Vitality Calmful Sleep as we already had and the flavors blended nicely. This combo worked well for us, although you should always check before mixing what's safe for you. I'm not sure how long we'll continue to use them regularly, as most of the time they've been an incentive to get things done in a short amount of time, but we'll likely keep them for use in times of similar need.
