Do yourself a favor and buy a python. I first tried the Aqueon water changer/siphon and didn't like it. Then I bought it from Hygger because I have other Hygger products that I like. It's a big improvement over Aqueon, but still not what I expected. It didn't fit any of my faucets except my external faucet, which isn't a deal breaker. You can buy other faucet adapters, but the on/off switch will drain instantly due to the pressure. Then I bought a Python and it's a life changer. It works like a dream, they did their homework, even the usage manual is superior to both Hygger and Aqueon!
