Arrived on time but there was no new remote control.
Our pup recently chewed on the remote control that came with the Roku TCL TV so I decided to order a new one. The remote arrived on time but it was not a new remote. It was packaged in a small plastic bag and appears to be slightly worn/scratched and slightly soiled. I have the impression that I am buying a new product. This is definitely not a new product. I would rather buy the remote elsewhere and get something new than this item. Would recommend buying elsewhere.
