I like that we have everything in one place so it is easier to understand what our conversions are from different channels at once as well as how each channel affects them individually or together for overall performance.

It's also easy to see trends over multiple months/years by just looking through historical graphs when needed! The only thing i dislike about this tool was their price point compared to some other tools out there but they do offer quite affordable monthly plans which makes up for it somewhat. We haven't had any issues using tercept itself however if anything goes wrong customer service has been great throughout my tenure working here - very quick turnaround times too whenever something did go awry!!
