I like that the HDMI connector has the correct polarity for connecting directly to the Pi3 board. The resolution works with the existing default settings in the operating system and the performance is good. Clean desktop picture and very bright. Now for the bad news. I was trying to figure out how to change the brightness of the display. I looked for technical papers, no. I was looking for a video about it, I didn't find it. I contacted their support via live chat, he said to give him a phone number to get info. What the hell is that? I was there chatting looking for a link to download the documentation for my very simple "brightness settings" question and the "only" way to get this information is by phone? DO NOT buy this device if you want it to be fully functional. Dissatisfied!
