Review on DCDial by Dewitt Graham

Great software! You can actually see the progress your making when interacting with the system. It’s clean, simple and has a nice aesthetic to it. Very easy to navigate, plus if you have an idea for new functionality you can go ahead and make it happen within the app itself. I really like how they offer so many different options such as emailing or SMS alerts etc.. Also the developers themselves seem very friendly, helpful and approachable. They all reply pretty quickly too which makes them stand out from others. Plus they provide some great features such as being able to integrate into existing systems via API's without having to write any code yourself.
