Honestly, I love my backpack. There are several things to consider. It scratches easily and doesn't seem very durable. I've had it less than a year and it's scratched from travel. One of the locking buttons was completely missing with no sign of breakage. Unfortunately, if I pay over $200 for a backpack I would expect a lifetime warranty, but unfortunately that's not the case. I have contacted the manufacturer several times through their website and through Revain. Never got an answer. Part of the price you pay is the product and the rest is warranty/after-sales service. Unfortunately, the backpack is not worth the $200+ price tag. So in conclusion I love the backpack, not worth the price as no guarantee.
