The fact we can use Pindrop as our audio verification software has been one positive thing about this program since implementing in 2016/2017! It’d be nice if you could add more features like video upload or something but I guess they would have issues trying too hard at being perfect? They are still working towards making things easier when using their product by adding new functions such as voice recording etc so keep up your good work guys!! We've seen an improvement because now staff aren't getting stuck waiting around anymore while having meetings instead people get straight back onto doing what was actually intended rather than leaving early due some technical issue - saving valuable time & money spent hiring contractors / freelancers.
