Star added after seller contacted me to fix an issue I was having. I have received a replacement hook since the first review. It differs significantly from the original chrome, but it will do. Seems to be holding up. I am very impressed with the seller's quick response to my review and actions taken to correct it. Recently the mountain broke and now it only lies in my soul. The plastic suction part broke and I can't reattach it to the shower screen. This scraper makes a lot of noise on glass. It's effective but not worth the sound. There have been other effective mops that don't make that horrible squeak.
