Best drywall tool Best in carpentry

I never review Revain but this time I couldn't resist. This tool is amazing! 10 stars if that were the case. It cut my drywall guess time in half, simple as that! However, this tool is best used for rip cuts. I used it on 4 x 12 sheets 1/2" drywall and once I got the hang of it it got even better. I started with a stack of 22 sheets, edge to edge against the wall. I needed some sheets in 3 x 12. Grabbed a T-square, stuck a razor blade in the 12" hole and started pounding from right to left. I'm right handed so this may not work for others. After a few snips I realized that I had wasted my time just notching one side, breaking the drywall, and then in one clumsy motion trimming the backing under and around the unnecessary piece It's much easier to cut the front and back with this tool and then just snap it off with a piece of junk. Faster too! Not great for cross cuts but if you have a 4ft T-square for drywall then you have what you need. If I could add one more thing it would be this Very short learning curve for this tool and it will reduce any size you want to 24.75 inches. This means you can cut any width 4" wide sheets. I could just buy a second one in case this one breaks or my neighbor sees I'm using it and wants one. Absolutely worth every penny!
