Review on Nalgene Tritan N GEN Mouth Bottle by Brandon Jaime

This is my second Nalgene Tritan. When HEAVY was used for the first time after 2 years, the cover was leaking. It's been ridden countless times, drifted down a river after a kayak capsized, fell off a hill during a hike, been used as a teething and tossing toy for toddlers, slammed the bottom of a book bag almost every day, and has been a generally tested product . anything the real world might throw at him. Not sure why there was a leak, but one day it started collecting water in its lid and slowly leaked when held upright anyway (which never happened because of the book bag). My guess is that after heavy use, the threads on the lid wear down just enough to let some water through over time. Will I order this product again if it also leaks in the future? Per second in New York. The material is very thick, the bottle is very strong, it holds a decent amount of liquid, and when floating down the river its bright orange color makes it easy to find. I love Nalgene bottles and don't think we'll ever order anything else.
