Easy to install and use
Purchased for bedroom use to help stroke patients get in and out. The product took about 10 minutes to install with clear instructions. It's been in use for a week and I haven't had an issue with the stem losing tension or loosening, although I continue to check it daily. The handrail felt slippery for the user, but this is easily remedied by wrapping a tennis rubber around it. I would recommend this product and buy it again.
