5 star for customer service but still one star overall.Update: I decided to try again and this time the package only had the 2 rails and not one other thing! Customer service refunded me but I was left with a gigantic mess in my living room or cardboard and the tiny foam packaging material and metal that I feel bad to throw away but cannot find a use for.I ordered the DIYHD 8ft Top Mounted Bypass Sliding Barn Wood Door Track Hardware Kit for Low Ceiling, Black. What I received looks like the remanents from a bomb explosion in the warehouse barn door section! The package has 5 high ceiling brackets Instead of the low ceiling hardware I ordered. And there is only 5 out of the 6 listed on the instructions sheet. Instead of the 4 top rollers there are 3 scratched J rollers. And lots of the small hardware is missing. I wouldn't care if I didn't have to lug by myself the whole box inside the house and dig through the rubble -and the box says team lift because it is so heavy.
