I depend on high-quality products and dependable customer support as a DIY pro. Unfortunately, both aspects of my interaction with ROSONWAY were disappointing. Although their website was simple to use, the product I got was of poor quality, and it was soon obvious that it was an older model. I attempted to request a return but received unhelpful and dismissive answers when I contacted customer service. They refused to suggest a fix and seemed unconcerned about my worries. Overall, I had a terrible experience with ROSONWAY, got a poor product, and have a bad taste in my mouth. To anyone searching for high-quality goods and customer service, I cannot suggest them.
