I'm 5'1" and drive a 2020 Ford Explorer. When I adjusted the seat to the correct driving position, I found that the armrest on the center console was too low for me. to be comfortable. Due to the increase in height, my shoulder dropped to reach the armrest. For me it was almost perfect. I also like how it is shaped as it fits my hand in a neutral position. The case that houses the phone is unobtrusive and is great for holding the phone. The elastic straps are adjustable and ensure a snug fit without interfering with the use of the console cover to which it attaches. The black color also suits the interior so it doesn't look worn.
