I am a 5'8" male, weigh 170 pounds and wear size 10 shoes. After reading about the sizing options here and on the master website I thought "small/medium" would be fine. However, they were too small and snug. I could barely get my foot through the bottom elastic loops and I have skinny calves. I was too scared of the big one would be too big so I sent them back instead of exchanging them.Also they didn't seem that great considering they are supposed to be top notch shin pads.They don't wrap around the side of the calf at all, just complement that Front of the calf (I should have guessed that from the pictures).
