Update: After numerous attempts I was finally able to get several people to help me with this issue. Everyone was very understanding of my situation and apologetic that the chair did not work out for me. I appreciate the customer service from This company and will shop them again in the future. Thank you!This item started falling apart the first time I sat in it. A bolt sheered off and a spring and washer were found next to the bolt under the recliner. Back headrest kept coming unplugged because cord is too short and now a wire has pulled lose so the power headrest does not work at all. On top of everything I purchased this chair to help my recovery of hip replacement surgery and I am too afraid to use it because when reclining once you take your finger off of the power button the back of the chair continues to recline. I have been in contact with Yitahome and all they keep asking for are pictures of the underside of the recliner. I live alone so that is not possible. At this point I am so frustrated and just want my money back. This chair is defective and I should not be held accountable for it not working. Please help!
