This is just the product we needed. It is confortable to set in and recline, plus we have a relative that does not have the leg strength to use legs to lift from a chair. With this lift, it makes it MORE than adequate to lift at a height and degree for this person to again be independent for mobility. Wonderful chair. and it will lift a considerable amount of weight and is very quiet.

Cheaply made and we are very disappointed in the craftsmanship. It’s dropping suddenly when my 95yr old father in law reclines. Dangerous in our estimation

This chair is exactly what I was looking for, I love it. The only complaint I have is that it is so nice and comfortable that my wife keeps stealing it from me.

Update: After numerous attempts I was finally able to get several people to help me with this issue. Everyone was very understanding of my situation and apologetic that the chair did not work out for me. I appreciate the customer service from This company and will shop them again in the future. I was a skeptic! Buying a chair with a picture was crazy but I was desperate. My husband became ill overnight and I had to have a lift chair for him immediately. He is a large man and the used lift chair I bought was too short for him to get of even raised as high as possible. So I measured and calculated the different lift chair for sale. Finally I decided to trust "revain Select” and buy the cheaper chair. Bam! Perfect! Will buy again!

Usually cheap products end up being poorly constructed and made of subpar materials. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair. The heat and massage is nice too! It's a little firm but not too hard to sleep on.

Works great, bought it for my mother in law and she loves it. The massage and the heat are an added bonus for a lift chair. That's my review.

Purchased this recliner for husband's birthday it seemed comfortable for him for about 2 months then it was down hill from there. The chair makes so much noise when get in and out, it leans to one side or the other/whobly. The cushion is already worn out and you can feel the bar of the chair in your back when sitting in it. I’ve had this recliner for a little over a week and I absolutely love it! It’s comfy, easy to use and I love that it can heat up:)

The chair is nice and comfy, easy to use, but a witch to put together. We could have purchased the the package for the professional to put it together but had no one to bring it in. Being handicapped, we rolled it inside. It was so heavy. It took a couple of days to put it together and put it in place. The company should offer to bring it in along with assembly. We definitely would have paid for that.

Overall its a nice chair and everything works as it should the downside is the stitching in the sitting part of the chair and I pray the stitching doesn't come loose.

We bought this chair back in March and by July the back was broken. After writing a review on here with a low rating, the company reached out to us and offered either a replacement or full refund! We opted for the replacement and they were super quick to replace and kept in constant contact the entire time! Impressed with that! Now, we wait to see what will happen next, but we are very satisfied! Thank you!

love my chair, it works great, everything about it fits me wonderfully . However i am only 5ft. Tall, and my feet are at the very edge when I recline, so you my want to consider size when ordering.

This was purchased for my mom, who is 86 yrs old. She says it is very comfortable and the controls are easy to get to and operate. She loves the adjustable head rest. It was easy to put together and is pretty sturdy. Great purchase.Thanks revain!

I was very happy with the over-all comfort of the chair. The fabric feels nice and the cushion extremely supportive but soft for the few days I tried it. However, I could not get over the mis-labeled buttons and mis leading advertising of chair movability. The chairs lift can only be controlled with buttons on the side of the chair which was too difficult for me to reach, for i thought I could use the remote to control all of the chairs movement.
