Update: the new one worked just as well for me as the previous one. I've used both many times and they don't fail. I ordered black. It failed at the point where the hose connects to the bladder. The quick release that was supposed to stay on the bag came out effortlessly. It didn't appear to have been glued or attached during assembly. I ordered the Coyote paint a few months ago and it has been used many times and works great. The black version appeared to have a different build quality than the coyote. I have ordered another Coyote bag and will see if it is the same quality as the one I previously ordered.
