After receiving this I was happy to use it for deep cleaning of gums and general care. The tips fit well in the car. On the second use, the tip split vertically down the middle, so the water had just come out of the crack. I don't think the plastic will hold up. I'll update as I use it to see if it was an accident, but for now I'd suggest spending a little more for something that doesn't rip right away.
