Conclusion: a bit too long for my very medium-sized horse. Although quite good. After about three months, the mesh began to separate from the nasal seam, but she wears it 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except when traveling. Grazing about half that time. So much wear and tear. For the price it was great. No other visible signs of wear other than the nose area. I will buy again next summer. A very good buy for the price. I bought this for my dyed Bavarian WB. She has a pink nose and is kicked out from about 3pm until the morning, so sunburn on her nose is a problem. Last year she had a regular fly mask that didn't reach her nose and I constantly struggled with sweat and chafing to keep the cream on her pink nose. This year we have no sunburns and nasty creams! This mask solved our problems. I've had it for about 3 months and the mesh started to come loose at the seam on my nose. She is not fussy about masks, halters etc but as I said they are a bit long for her face and she grazes 7 days a week and the only time she doesn't wear them in the summer is when we are horse riding . So it is heavily used. Overall I will probably buy again next summer!
