The ease with which you can access historical information from your database has been very helpful when trying to understand how our customers have changed over time as well as what they've done since we last spoke/worked together.
While I do not dislike this feature it does take some getting used too but once familiarized it's quite nice. It would be great if there was an option to pull down past conversations or email communications between myself and my customer so that way we could see exactly where things went wrong (or right). This helps us avoid future issues by being able to identify patterns within previous interactions rather than just relying upon memory alone.
